Harvest Poke Bowl

We love this fall spin on the Poke Bowl, but you can use whatever ingredients you like.

Ingredients

poke
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sambal
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 6-8 ounces fresh, diced raw tuna or salmon
Spicy Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Preparation

1.  To prepare poke, combine tamari, sesame oil, sambal, ginger, and garlic in medium bowl. Add vinegar and lime juice; Mix. Add fish, toss, and let sit 10 minutes. 

2.  Meanwhile, prepare spicy mayo. In small bowl, combine mayo, Sriracha, and honey. 

3.  To serve, place rice on bottom of bowl and arrange poke and other ingredients on top. Drizzle with spicy mayo,
